ABOUT THE TRAINSFORMATION PROGRAM

Designed by Melbourne-based critical care registered nurse and fitness professional Chris Nayna, the healthy lifestyle program guides and supports individuals who are ready to make changes, plan and implement more effective goal strategies or feel it’s time to shake up the status quo.

The program runs over six weeks and covers essential topics for living a goal-focussed, values-driven and health conscious lifestyle. These topics include, Goal Set, Mindset, Regulate, Eat, Move and Rest. Each week you will explore these topics, answer thought-evoking questions and be provided with recommendations and activities to further your development.

As you work through the program you will notice that each topic is interconnected, interdependent and redirects your focus and actions back to your goals.
