How do we get started?

Prior to training at TSF a 1 hour consult must be booked. This involves:  

  • Health screening
  • Goal setting
  • Program planning
  • Metabolic rate calculations 
  • Postural analysis
  • Body measurements
  • Photos (optional)


How long do sessions go for? 

All sessions at TSF go for 45minutes. 

What styles of training does TSF offer:

Depending on your sport, goal or preferred training style TSF can offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuit training, boot camps, strength and conditioning. 

How does the online coaching work?

TSF online coaching involves:  

  • 1hr establishment consult: get to know one another, health screening, goal setting, metabolic rate calculations and program planning around your goals. 
  • Weekly consultations via Skype or FaceTime
  • 6 & 12 week goal focused programs. 
  • Ongoing support
