The TSF program is designed for the individuals who are ready to make sustainable lifestyle changes, plan and implement more effective goal strategies or feel it’s time to shake up the status quo.
As a critical care registered nurse I have witnessed many diseases, disabilities and deaths resulting from poor life choices and habits. As a fitness professional I feel the industry needs to place more emphasis on lifestyle factors and personal habits in addition to exercise and nutrition. This is what inspired me to create this program.
The program runs over 6 weeks covering topics and activities that I have deemed most valuable for leading a goal-focussed, values driven and health conscious lifestyle. Each week you will explore fundamental topics, answer thought-evoking questions and be provided with recommendations and activities to further your development. The program focus’ of the six pillars of Train Station Fitness, they are: Goal Set, Mindset, Regulate, Eat, Move and Rest. As you work through the program you will notice that each pillar is interconnected, interdependent and redirects your focus and actions back to your goals.
Unlike many other automated, one size fits all programs on the market, TSF works with you one on one. We believe that everybody has differing biological, environmental and psychological circumstances with variable skill sets, passions and needs. Due to these variables your experience throughout the program will be unique and supported by myself (Chris), TSF and the TSF community.
Our goal is to guide you to your goal by implementing the necessary tools to help you gain control of your time, create clarity and establish actionable, meaningful, specific and reliable daily habits.
