QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate 3+4 in Fitness.

  • Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 1)

  • Over 9 years of fitness industry experience.

  • Group fitness instructor.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing).

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Cardiology.

  • Over 5 years of clinical experience.

As a critical care registered nurse I have witnessed many diseases, disabilities and deaths resulting from poor life choices and habits. I felt there needed to be a more holistic approach to lifestyle intervention and that’s what inspired me to create this program.

‘PLAN, THINK, EAT, MOVE, LIVE WELL’

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE SIX STATIONS PROGRAM?

  • The program is available online, in person and in groups. Please enquire about group sessions for dates and times.

  • Take the program at your own pace. The average course completion time is roughly 6weeks and will require about 8-10hours of your time in total duration.

If you want all the tools to implement changes that will help you reach your goals then this is the program. Chris helps to work through step by step the reasons you are being held back and gives you the support to move forward.
— Katie (Wife, Mother & Business Owner)
Overall I felt a sense of hope during the program, I have been very overweight and unhealthy for a long time and the program seemed to provide a tangible and do able path back to health. As I continued the program I realised this was not just a program but rather a potential model for living the rest of my life.
— Dr. David C (Emergency Physician)
The TSF Program more than just an exercise program and diet, it covers the spectrum of wellness. The framework challenged me to think deeply about my goals and set actionable items to get me there. The program was informative, self-reflective and absolutely worthwhile.
— Jason (Businessman)
It’s a small price to pay for a complete lifestyle and mindset overhaul. It gives you the tools to keep coming back and re-evaluating.
— Jess (VET Nurse)
