My name is Chris Nayna. I’m a 28-year-old critical care registered nurse and fitness professional based in Melbourne, Australia. I have been a health and fitness professional for the past 10 years and I’m passionate about helping others and learning. My core values and passions include physical and mental health, continuous improvement, purpose, ambition and altruism. You can typically find me moving, cooking or listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Certificate 3+4 in Fitness.
Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 1)
Over 9 years of fitness industry experience.
Group fitness instructor.
Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing).
Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Cardiology.
Over 5 years of clinical experience.
