  • The program is available online, in person and on site in a group with our weekly workshops.

  • It will require 1-1.5hours of your time each week to complete. 

  • The program runs in 7 weeks blocks.

MEET YOUR MENTOR

My name is Chris Nayna. I’m a 28-year-old critical care registered nurse and fitness professional based in Melbourne, Australia. I have been a health and fitness professional for the past 10 years and I’m passionate about helping others and learning. My core values and passions include physical and mental health, continuous improvement, purpose, ambition and altruism. You can typically find me moving, cooking or listening to podcasts and audiobooks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate 3+4 in Fitness.

  • Over 9 years of fitness industry experience.

  • Group fitness instructor.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing).

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Cardiology.

  • Over 5 years of clinical experience.

 
As a critical care registered nurse I have witnessed many diseases, disabilities and deaths resulting from poor life choices and habits. I felt there needed to be a more holistic approach to lifestyle intervention and that’s what inspired me to create this program.
