My name is Linh Nguyen. Having been massively into sports and physical activities my whole life, I started my career in the fitness industry in 2018 right after university and have not looked back once. I am extremely passionate about the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, which also explains my consequential interest in general strength training and body composition. Despite my strong belief in simply hard work and sticking to the fundamentals, I'm always willing to learn and be open-minded towards new ideas and research that may contribute to both progressing my clients and furthering my knowledge in the industry.

My name is Brian Tran. I am a martial artist at heart and have spent over 20 years in pursuit of understanding the capabilities of the human movement. This curiosity has taken me into the world of strength training, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and more! This allows me to draw from a very diverse skill set when it comes time to helping someone achieve their exercise goals. I’m a strong believer in training smarter and finding the right solution for everyone so I’m always happy to help clients solve stubborn problems whether it’s to do with physical limitations, psychological barriers, or even simply just managing motivation.
Outside of the exercise world, I’ll probably be challenging myself with a tough puzzle, learning something new about obscure topics, or satisfying my curiosity with learning a new skill.

I began my fitness journey at 14 after struggling to find a form of exercise that I really loved as I dealt with hypermobility issues. Lifting weights became an outlet for me, as I was able to set and achieve new goals, creating a newfound confidence that reflected in all areas of my life. I decided to become a coach to spread this feeling to others and am looking to undertake further study in exercise physiology, as I'm super passionate about longevity and wellbeing! I aim to make exercise fun and accessible to all, no matter your circumstance or fitness level. Outside of the gym, I love trying new foods and travelling, having recently completed an exchange in Italy.
