Meal Prep Classes: 

Book a hands on 1 on 1 or small group meal prep class with Chris Nayna. Meal-prep classes are designed to teach the systematic TSF methods that Chris Nayna has formulated over the years to keep his health, wellbeing, physique and energy levels in tip top shape. In the class you will create 6 meals using 2 different recipes (3 of each) catered around your taste, dietary requirements and preferred ingredients. The classes generally go for 1.5-2hours from unpacking ingredients to cleaning up. Classes start from $200.
